When you downgrade your plan, the new subscription will only activate after your current paid period ends — you do not lose any already paid time.
After the downgrade, the app will ask you to choose which projects and workers should remain active.
All other items that exceed the limits of the new plan will be automatically frozen.
While frozen:
you can still view all previous data, reports, and history;
new reports and activity cannot be created;
frozen projects and workers will be automatically deleted after 60 days unless they are reactivated.
