Refunds are handled through the store where you purchased your subscription (Google Play or Apple App Store).
We cannot issue refunds directly because the payment is processed by the store, not by us.
After submitting a request, the store will review it and notify you of the decision.
How to request a refund on Android (Google Play):
Open Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Go to Payments & subscriptions β Refunds and purchase history.
Find our subscription or purchase.
Tap Request a refund.
Select a reason and confirm the request.
Google usually reviews refund requests within a few business days.
How to request a refund on iOS (Apple App Store):
Open the website: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
Sign in with your Apple ID.
Select our subscription from your purchase list.
Click Request a refund.
Choose a reason and submit the request.
Apple typically responds within 24β48 hours.
