If you do not respond within 5 minutes, the system automatically marks the request as not confirmed.
In this case:
your employer will see that no response was sent;
the event will be recorded in your report history as an unconfirmed request.
Ignoring a request does not block the app, but your employer will see that you did not respond in time.
