No. You cannot manually decline a request — you have two options:
Confirm the request (location or photo).
Do nothing for 5 minutes — after that, the system will automatically mark the request as not confirmed.
Not responding does not block the app, but your employer will see that the request was not confirmed.
This prevents accidental dismissals or situations where the request could be declined unintentionally.
