I am not receiving requests. What should I do?

If you are not receiving location or photo requests, check the following:

1. Is your timer running?

Requests can be delivered only when the timer is active.
If the timer is stopped or paused β€” requests will not arrive.

2. Are location, camera, and notifications allowed?

Check your phone settings to ensure the app has access to:

  • location (GPS)

  • camera

  • push notifications

Without these permissions, the request will not appear.

3. Do you have an internet connection?

Requests are delivered only through the internet.
If the connection is weak or unavailable, the request may come with a delay or not at all.

4. Has the 5-minute interval passed?

You have 5 minutes to respond to each request.
You will not receive a new one until this time window expires.

5. Is the app allowed to run in the background?

If the app was swiped away or battery-saving mode is enabled, notifications may not be delivered.


If you still do not receive requests

Restart the app or your phone.
If the issue persists, contact your supervisor to confirm that the request was sent to you specifically.
