A worker has 5 minutes to confirm their location or send a photo report.
During this time, they receive a push notification and can open the request screen at any moment.
After the 5-minute window expires, the request is automatically marked as not confirmed, and:
the worker will be shown as “Offline” in the project;
the presence indicator next to their avatar will turn red.
This ensures the worker has enough time to respond and allows the employer to clearly see everyone’s status.
