After sending a request to all workers in a project, a progress bar will appear on the screen, showing in real time what percentage of workers have already confirmed the request.
After the 5-minute response window expires:
all workers who did not send a confirmation will automatically appear in the “Offline” tab within the project;
the presence indicator next to their avatar will turn red, meaning the worker did not respond or is unavailable.
This allows you to quickly identify who didn’t confirm the request and may require additional attention.
