What is a photo report and what is it used for?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

A photo report is a photo the worker sends in response to your request to confirm task completion or their presence at the job site.

A photo report allows you to:

  • check progress in real time;

  • evaluate the quality of the completed work;

  • confirm that the worker is physically at the location;

  • receive visual proof of completed actions, useful for clients or internal documentation.

The photo is attached to the worker’s current shift report and becomes immediately available for viewing.
