Before sending a request, make sure the worker is assigned to the project and their timer is active — only then the request can be delivered.
Then follow these steps:
On the main screen, open the project where the worker is assigned.
Find the needed worker and tap the three dots in the top-right corner of their card.
Select “Request Location” or “Request Photo Report.”
The worker will receive a push notification and can respond in real time.
